On June 13, 2010 Emmanuel Baptist Church began a Sunday School. We did this because we saw a need to provide additional biblical instruction in a more informal atmosphere (using a lot of question and answer to get the whole group involved). Our Sunday School meets each week at 9:00 a.m. at Peoria Academy*, the same place our church meets at 10:00 a.m. We provide a nursery as well as an audio/visual Sunday School for elementary-age children. At this point in the life of our new church, teenagers on up meet with the adults. For those who have to miss a Sunday, we record the adult Sunday School lessons. In the table below you will find the date, title, biblical text, mp3 link (to listen to the lesson), and pdf file (a fill-in-the-blank study guide that goes along with the lesson) of our adult Sunday School (some weeks have no recording for a variety of reasons). We would encourage you to print the study guide and then fill it out as you listen to the Sunday School lesson. Thank you for your interest in Emmanuel Baptist Church.
