Pastor Scot Shelburne is a graduate of Bob Jones University (B.A. Bible, 1989; M.A. Bible, 1991) and is pursuing a Master of Divinity from Faith Baptist Theological Seminary in Ankeny, Iowa.

He has been in ministry for over 16 years, having served as an Asst. Pastor for over 7 years and a Senior Pastor in 2 different churches for more than 8 years. He is a certified biblical counselor through the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors (nanc.org). He is passionate about loving and serving God and others, and for preaching and teaching God's unchanging and sufficient Word in an accurate, careful fashion.

He has been married to Karen since 1993 and they are very blessed to have four daughters ages 14, 12, 9, and 5. Karen homeschools their girls and is a dedicated wife, mother, and homemaker. She is a graduate of Taylor University (B.A. Business Administration & Systems Analysis, 1988).
